- Admission to B.Ed. shall be made on merit on the basis of marks obtained in the entrance test or any other selection process as per policy of state govt./ University.
- Minimum attendance of student teachers shall be 80% for all course work and practicum, and 90% for school internship.
- Minimum pass marks are 40% in each paper, Practical, and School Internship in each semester, however, the promotion from semester I to II and from III to IV shall be as per Panjab University policy for semester courses.
- Student teachers are not allowed to:-
- Involve in any activity that does defame the Institution.
- Indulgence in activities like strike-work or anti raging and anti-disciplinary act/encourage other students.
- Deface the college walls, desks, benches and black boards is strictly prohibited.
- Wander aimlessly in the corridors/verandas as it hinders the learning process.
- Use Mobile Phones during college hours. Violators will be punished heavily and the mobile phone set will be confiscated.
- Displace the class room furniture and its existing arrangements.
- Arrange any meeting/party, group photo or tour without the prior written permission of the Principal.
- Display any notice or information on the notice board of his/her own without the permission of the Principal or any other competent authority.
- Appear in the examination or promoted to next semester without clearing due and fees.
- Every student teacher is expected to:-
- Behave nicely and show respect to the teachers and other college officials.
- Maintain the dignity, modesty and simplicity.
- Maintain discipline of and decorum in the college campus.
- Be regular and punctual on all occasions.
- Come to the college dressed properly.
- Deposit the due and fee in time.
